How is the start up going, you asked?
Oh, very well.
Working hard actually.
I made an early investors presentation yesterday - the information booklet was put together last week. They go hand in hand.
What we are starting is a non-profit - which means that if someone wants to donate something they will receive a tax cut.
I mention this because right now, before starting with anything more serious we want to have a place ready. We know of a free space in an doctors building and we will use the early investors presentation and booklet to hopefully land the space - and the owner could get a tax cut if he would like to help us out with lower rent etc.
Ideally this would be answered withing the next two weeks.
Hopefully it is a yes, and things can start for real.
Filling in applications and writing purposes and a business plan.
Do you know of anyone interested in donating time or money to a non-profit working with learning disabilities (dislexia etc)?
Maybe someone who is an expert in the field who would like to earn some good karma?
Feel free to put them in touch with me.
