Avocado and grilled corn salad a super tasty and easy salad, we ate it with blackened chicken
Garlic lemon chicken this dish is just amazing. The recipe calls for pork, i used chicken. Served it with pasta boiled in chicken broth.super freaking tasty.
Greek yogurt garlic chicken this is another amazing dish. Really yummi and not too time consuming. We had it with pasta and salad.
And of course we had Swedish Tacos and Meat balls and stuvade macaroner.
I will always be a Mexican resident which means i will never have to return to the infamous Palacio Federal. Those who have been there knows how amazing this is.
Finally Friday!
Meaning we will become a family for a few days again... amazing no!?
Talking about family, i am so happy sophia has a good relationship with mine - quite awesome that mo-mo was the third person she was able to name - although Vincent and anna-karin are not far behind, she adores them too.
I am glad they take time to talk with us over skype so often, i know it's not always fun, but at least she knows who they are!
I love flowers.
So every week i buy a bouquet at the store to have in the entrance - my idea of an affordable luxury.
Sophia surprised us (my mom and i) by saying mo-mo (mormor-grandmother) and do a blow kiss - both for the first time today, amazing no?
We will now proceed from lunch to the pool...
Good times
Because of recent lost of funds it will take a few more years to get there.
We have never been in a hurry, and since our priorities are affording to live, Sophia (school and all that), expanding the family in a year-ish (more school costs and all that), being able to travel to see family - a wedding would be nice but is far from a priority.
Just so everyone knows, it wont be for another 3-4 years
Most probably associate april 30 with queens (now kings) day, but for all swedes and finns it is Valborg and our kings birthday.
We celebrate spring and the kings birthday with huge bon fires, bbqs and alcohol - as it should be, tge only way to celebrate anything.
We, of course did none of that, we did however go shopping today.
Bought animal mega blocks to sophia, and a spring/summer jacket and a cute little "hokkle" in Benetton. Who knew their baby clothes are amazigly cute and not very expensively?
I did not, now I do.
The weekend was so relax. We went to Chapala where we just hung out by the pool and played with sophia.
Sophia is so much fun and makes all these hilarious faces... joker.
