Estimulacion temprana

It was time for class again yesterday, and Sophia loved it until crawling training started.
She will get a hang of it soon I am sure, she's starting to move forward, and in circles on the floor now.

I also got myself some alone time yesterday, 1h all alone. Amazing.
I did my nails and watched a show.

Poor thing... It seems to hurt a lot!

School

Considering the typos in the previous post one could think I never learnt how to write, or structure a sentence.

Since a few weeks we have noticed that Sophia is afraid of strangers, which is most people except for close family.
I have always thought it's important for her to see faces and other babies.
So today we started with estimulacion temprana, early simulations, or baby gymnastik.

Oh... she LOVED it.
She didn't cry once!!!!!

I am so proud of my little miss sunshine.

We will be going 2 a week until we leave for Sweden - I hope.

Those are the purees I made yesterday.
Now we have good for a month or so.
I wi just need to prepare some more oatmeal.

Yesterday was good, Sophia and I spent most of it outside - which is not that common.

She seemed to really enjoy it, skipping her mid day nap and sleeping very well at night.
Yay

now we just had breakfast - Sophias second in one way.
She tasted the fruit purees and seemed to enjoy them.
Had half a spoon of plum, since it was the first time. No funny face.

Party and shopping

That is what the weekend consisted of for us.

We started it already on Friday afternoon when we went to Los Colomos to take a walk and show Sophia some animals.
She saw fishes, birds, squirrels.

On Saturday we went shopping, bought a few necessities.
A jacket for Sophia, it was meant to be used in Sweden in the fall. It's a canadian brand, wind tight, two separate layers, one which is thermic (?), and it seems like it could resist rain too. Yay...
Expensive, but well worth it since she's been using it here in the mornings after the rain.

Memo also got himself a running shirt - very tight.

On Sunday we were invited to a birthday party of someone we have never met. It was awkward.
We went because Sophia doesn't see enough people.
Proof - when she sees someone new she cries.

Midsommar

Happy midsummer everyone. I hope you all celebrated Swedish style - dancing around a flower covered stick, eating raw fish and gotten way too drunk.

I am trying to teach Sophia, it's going so so.

Carne molida

Today is Carne molida day - or köttfärssås as we would say it in Sweden.

This usually means the kitchen will be extra messy and so will memos shirt be.

Sophia is supervising. Throwing toys left and right, waiting for her sweet potato puree - it was a hit yesterday!
