Mastering

Not only has Sophia mastered the art of farting while walking, and pretending nothing happened. I have also mastered the art of making a detachable collar for Sophia's Christmas outfit. It's super cute and I will post later how I did it - I want to take a cute picture of her wearing it.

Tonight we're going to Vincent's lucia celebration. Wow... It is my favourite time of year. LOVE it. After Christmas of course.

Any who, I am excited. Sophia seems neutral and I guess Vincent is nervous - or maybe that is Anna-karin.
I have been playing Christmas carols all morning to get into the mood.

I hope they have a fika afterwards - some nice saffron buns. Mmmmmm

Wonderful winter

The weather is amazing. Crispy cold, no wind, loads of snow.
Can it be better?

Sophia and I went out to play in the snow today, we were so busy this weekend we didn't have time.
Friday night and Saturday morning we spent at helena's house playing and catching up. Saturday night I fell asleep at 7.30.
Sunday was spent with maz, a friend from JIBS. Last time I saw him was a year and a half ago!
An amazing weekend with amazing friend - just like last weekend!

Yesterday we spent a few hours with my dad who was here over the day.

Lets see what this week holds for us!

Here again,

I am here again, in bed with Sophia.
She's taking an early nap so we will see how the day turns out.

We're spending the night with Helena, after grocery shopping.

I was planning on meeting my mom at work, and on the way bring the sledge and have some fun with Sophia. But the little lady was exhausted.

Tomorrow hopefully.

I am so excited, there will be snow when Memo comes. I really don't see this snow disappearing in a week and a half!
Imagine, he's never seen it snow!
This trip will be amazing.

11 Days

That's what is left until Memo arrives, or twelve to be exact. He leaves gdl in 11 days, and arrives in 12. Passing through L.A and Paris - weird itinerary = cheap.

So soon. Time has passed so fast, it feels like we just arrived!

When we left Mexico Sophia had just started crawling - was bald - I know I wrote this a while back, but it is going to be such a shock for him to see her walk, full of hair, playing with Lego!

Circus

Vincent, AK and Victor have been here all week, which is why I have been absent.
I have been busy during the day time, and actually went to bed at 7.30 one night - that's how tired i am!

Here's an update on the consequences of the snow storm : pictures 
It's still snowing a bit, but the storm is over.

As you could see in the video the other day, Sophia is walking now. She's so cute - like Bambi on ice.

I will try to write more later, Sophia fell asleep on top of me, and I am tired of writing with one hand!

Royal Visit

This weekend was amazing.
Cassia and Yulia came to visit. It was awesome to see them with Sophia.
And Sophia behaved very well the entire weekend.
My sister had kindly lent us her apartment, so we were comfortably set there.
Sadly it was a bit cold, so they didn't see much of the city. But, most importantly, we spent time together.

Awww... how amazing to see them. Almost a year and a half since we graduated now.

Time flies.
