Back with some media

A lot has happened over the vacation.

Trips were made successfully
Lies were discovered - again
Snowboarding
Wine drinking
Pulka-ing
and now a quick return to normal before going to Mexico... (three dots into eternity, and the dum-dum-dum sound - going low not high of course)

so here are a few things from the Ipad over the past few weeks. Images and videos from the camera will be uploaded when I am with the camera again.

Living the Past

Yesterday I went over photos from my exchange semester in Mexico. Not only did I meet Memo there, but I also had quite the experience.

I have to admit I miss being able to live that way from time to time, but I LOVE spending time with Sophia, molding her into the perfect princess she is.

Here are some photos I found

Rugrat

We spent several hours at the pool today, which explains the absence here. Sophia loves the pool, and got to use her barbapapa pool set - it was perfect. Vincent also helped try it out.

Funny thing, this morning while I was packing out bags for the pool I heard a crunchy noise.
Sophia had pulled the corn puffs off the table and was eating them. Picking up one, taking one bite, let it go, take an other one etc. haha... So cute

Happy lucia by the way!

DIY Collar

This is the description to the collar I made for Sophia's outfit. It's a so called 'Peter Pan' collar.

Best is to use with felt or rubber flannel.

The pattern for the collar you find here.

You need scissors, a single hole punch or a leather rotary hole punch, thread, pearl, and white ribbon.

Just trace the pattern on the felt, cut, punch holes, sew them together in the front, and attach the white ribbon in the last holes in the back. Glue a cute pearl in the front, where you sew them together.
Super easy.
Be aware though, the felt I used was VERY thin, too thin, so I recommend buying ticker one.
Also, I fitted the pattern to the size of Sophia's shirt - i.e. smaller than it should be, if you were wondering.

I got the idea from here, and here

 Hope you enjoy
