Our Israeli Salad
1 Cucumber3 Tomatoes
1 Carrot
1 Cup/2 DL Fresh Parsley or Cilantro
1 Cup/2 DL Feta or Goat Cheese
1 Avocado - if you like that
Juice of 1 Lime (or two)
Salt
Just chop and mix.
We love to have it with chicken or meat, with some Tostadas or Pita chips.
The parsley looks very boring on the picture, it is because it had over washed it at little bit - still very tasty though.
